Chocolate Classes
There is this lovely small chocolate shop not too far from where I live, and I just discovered they offer classes on different topics pertaining to chocolate. How cool is that? I would love to learn how to make truffles and chocolate decorations. Plus, they have a chocolate and wine pairing seminar. Awesome. I would love to give that a try. I'm putting it on my blog so I don't forget about it. I'll have to try that some time next year.

Making truffles is surprisingly easy. The trick is actaully having any for your efforts once you're done. :p
We were all PMS-ing in the pharmacy tonight, and got special ice cream. I had brownie, coconut, and graham crust in mine.
My sissy makes truffles for the holidays. She puts them in cute boxes and wraps them up all professional-looking and gives them out as presents. =D
I make truffles too for the holidays, but although they are good, they are not overly sophisticated. I'd just like to learn to do more. It looks like such a blast.
